Sidama Coffee is a specialty coffee from the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia. This rare and direct-trade coffee has been certified and roasted by Slow Food to Full Natural. This ensures that no processing was performed on the beans, which have been hand sorted by the farmers themselves.
The wonderful character of this coffee is revealed in this full natural, sorted by hand process. It is washed several times with cold pure water, then dried naturally on raised beds in smallholder farms.
